The New Ground facility includes an in-house beverage innovation lab, allowing independent roasters and brands to experiment in ways previously impossible to them. 

From functional formulations to indulgent flavoured coffee drinks, to foodservice bag-in-box coffee extract and espresso martinis on tap, the lab enables its partners to quickly develop, test, and deploy their new concepts in a matter of weeks.
